Prescription Collection Service

We can collect your prescriptions on your behalf from your medical practice whether they are regular repeats or acute following a consultation with your GP.

Our dispensary team will carefully check and dispense the prescriptions ready for your collection. We can even notify you by our Text Notification Service when your prescription is ready.

You can register for these services using the form below, or ask for a registration form in the pharmacy, and we will take care of the rest and notify your medical practice as to your instruction as appropriate.

We will contact you by text message to notify you when your prescription is ready for collection. Under no circumstances will your phone number or prescription details be shared with any third party and no details of your medication will be included in the text message. We will only text you in relation to your prescription and will not text you for any marketing purposes. This service does not offer a reply facility to enable patients to respond to texts directly.

24 Hour Collection Lockers

Please note there may be some medicines that may not be suitable to be collected from a 24 Hour Collection Locker, such as controlled drugs or refrigerated items.
